We hope you love what you order! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the defective/damaged product.
Accidents may occur during transportation, but you can rest assured that we will support you.
If you receive a damaged item, please report it to lynnyt111@outlook.com within 48 hours of receipt and include a photo showing the damage to the item. Please include your order number in your email.
There is no need to return damaged products.
Note: We are not responsible for product damage caused by incorrect use.
Products that are of good quality and have no defects can be returned for a refund. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please first contact customer service and then return the item to our distribution center according to our return policy below.
Consumers may request a return within 14 days of signature, but returns will not be accepted after 14 days from the date of purchase.
Items must retain their original labels and packaging.
Items should be free of dirt, cosmetics, deodorants, wear, etc.
Return shipping charges and any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Note: Original shipping and insurance are non-refundable.
Return Methods All returns will be refunded to your shopping account via store credit or returned according to the original payment method.
If we are unable to process a credit to your credit card (your account has expired, is disabled, or has been closed), we will provide a credit to your account that can be used toward future purchases.
Non-returnable items
1. Only unused, unwashed, and original tags/packaging items may be returned.
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Gift cards, items marked as non-returnable, prizes, etc. cannot be returned.
3. We do not provide refunds in case of product misuse.
Cancellations/Changes Unfortunately, we generally cannot make changes to your order once it has been placed, so if you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us at lynnyt111@outlook.com to see if a change is possible.
Wrong Address Please note that if your package does not arrive after providing a wrong or incomplete address, we will not be responsible nor will we be able to refund the full amount of your order. You are responsible for providing clear and accurate shipping and delivery. Billing information when ordering.
